Do we accept returns?
Yes. Returns may be accepted for eligible items within a reasonable timeframe of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Process
Contact us at hello@thekhsolutions.com or 1-346-977-1888 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective item).
Made-to-order items
Most of our apparel is made to order. Product colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
